This is a critical step, and in some cases, video connections may not work on certain devices or due to specific device settings.
To mitigate any issues:
- Ensure you allow all permissions for the microphone, camera, and motion sensors when prompted.
- Confirm that no other browser tabs or applications are using these resources simultaneously.
These permissions are safeguards, giving you full control before enabling your camera for remote assistance. Without granting these permissions, the utility will not function properly for video or AR-based interactions.
Note: Motion sensors are essential for augmented reality (AR) features, enabling you to draw on reality and visually illustrate instructions. This known issue will be addressed in a future update to enhance compatibility and reliability.
